Hi, I am Carly (She/Her) and I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a foundation in person-centred therapy.

I am passionate about supporting people on their journey toward improved mental health and emotional wellbeing. I believe that everyone’s experience is unique, and I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever feels important to you right now. Together, we can make sense of your thoughts and emotions, build self-awareness, and find new ways to cope and grow.

My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change in your life — at a pace that feels right for you.
